At 28 years old, Daniel Wolfe is one of Houston’s youngest restaurateurs and a developing Hospitality Icon. Born & raised in Houston, he is a proud graduate of the University of Houston, Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management.

From a young age, he knew he wanted to go into business for himself. Daniel’s vision when creating City Cellars HTX was to establish an Instagramable, intimate, and welcoming wine bar. Nearly two years after opening, City Cellars HTX is so much more than that, thanks to his leadership and vision.

In addition to City Cellars HTX, he is also the proud owner of the city’s Wolfe & Wine Co. caterers. Wolfe & Wine Co. is an upscale full-service catering company that works with many of the area’s premier venues, Fortune 500 Companies, and couples who are looking for a luxurious wedding.
