Line Cook

Working under the guidance of critically acclaimed Executive Chef Antonette Wright, our line cooks will set the pace for the entire shift on any given day and are therefore, the backbone of the restaurant. At City Cellars HTX, we truly understand the importance of each and every employee within our four walls. Without the mutual respect of our employee/employer relationship, we would not be the success story we are now known for. You will prep, season, and cook the very dishes that our customers enjoy on a daily basis, but not before you are ready to do so. We pride ourselves on educating our entire staff, especially within the kitchen, and Chef Wright is the absolute best to do it. You will sharpen your skills and become a better chef during your time with us, that is guaranteed. What we ask for in return is that you give us 100% of yourself while you are wearing the City Cellars HTX apron. Whether you are fresh out of culinary school or have already been working in kitchens for years, this is an opportunity to truly grow within the world of hospitality.
